Suzanne completed two years of preparatory classes for the ENS D1 program in Law and Economics at the École Nationale de Commerce Bessières in Paris, with the ambition of becoming a journalist. That was before she discovered labor law — a pragmatic and ever-evolving field, just like her. It was a match! A graduate of the Master’s degree in Labor and Employment Law from the Sorbonne Law School, as well as the Paris Bar School (EFB), Suzanne quickly joined the firm ærige (formerly brl) as a trainee lawyer. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2013 and became a partner at the firm in 2021. Suzanne advises a wide range of clients across diverse sectors, including healthcare, wholesale, retail, industry, and facility services. She practices between Paris and the South of France, where she opened the Montpellier office of the firm in 2018 — while her partner was developing a wine estate in the region. Passionate about the world of wine and how it’s made, she finds peace outdoors, among the vines — whether harvesting grapes or jogging with her dog Pagaille.
